3. When will I be charged? 

Answer: You are charged immediately upon placing your first order. For subsequent renewals, you will be charged on the first day of your next billing cycle.

8. What is your return/exchange policy?

9. How long does a refund take to process?

Answer: Once we approve a refund, it is processed immediately. However, if you paid by Stripe, it can take 5-15 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
