We reserve the right, without restriction, to deny service to any individual at any time for any reason. However, credit card data is always transmitted using encryption over networks. SECTION 3 – SUBSCRIPTIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND PROMOTIONS 

Subscriptions: We provide various subscription options, including 1month, 3month and 12month plans. Each subscription includes periodic shipments of carefully selected consumer products. ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW. You agree that your membership will automatically renew, and you will continue to be billed until you cancel or we terminate your subscription, according to these Terms or Ashanmiller Shop Subscription Terms. ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

Cancellations: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, subject to these Terms and Ashanmiller Shop subscription terms. To cancel, you must email us at [email protected] requesting. A confirmation email will be sent upon cancellation; please keep this confirmation. There are no cancellation fees. Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for already processed payments, nor does it prevent a pending charge. Your cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle. If you cancel before the next renewal date, your subscription will end at the renewal time instead of auto-renewing. You will still receive any remaining boxes due to you under the initial subscription term.

Promotions: Ashanmiller Shop may occasionally offer promotional discount codes at its discretion. These codes are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, or applied to prior purchases. No cash equivalent is offered. Furthermore, promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers, must be redeemed by any published expiry date, and lost codes cannot be replaced. There is a limit of one promotional code per customer. Promotional codes are invalid where prohibited by law. Any promotional scheme may be discontinued or altered by Ashanmiller Shop without notice.
